Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return any eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Whether you prefer a full refund or an exchange, we are here to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
- Books must have no visible signs of wear, torn pages, bent covers, or markings.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).
- Please note: Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks) are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email our Customer Service team at xtemos.studio@mail.com or call us at 686 492 1040 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to the return address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate this when requesting your RMA number. We will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
