1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing the site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them.

3. Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur depending on your screen. All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock availability or a suspected payment issue, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and the carrier. We ship to over 30 countries; shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is delivered.

6. Returns and refunds

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the return.

Gift cards, personalised items and sale items are not eligible for refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography, graphics, logos and product designs, is our property or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written consent.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
