Contact usAfter booking you get a confirmation email with a video link — no app or account needed, any laptop, tablet or phone works. Your designer shares the plan on screen and adjusts it live as you talk, so you can see each change straight away. After the session you receive the plan, a shopping list with links and notes on finishes, usually the same day.
Measure the width and length of the room and the ceiling height. Mark where windows, doors, radiators, outlets and light switches are, and note which way doors open. If you are replacing a piece, measure it too — it helps us compare sizes. Two or three photos taken from the corners show us light, flooring and anything that stays in the room.
No. Free sessions come with no obligation, and the plan and shopping list are yours to keep. Paid services — in-home measuring and Full room design — are credited back once your order goes over the stated amount, so you don’t pay twice if you decide to buy.
Yes. Room plans include two rounds of changes within 30 days, and you can book a free 20-minute plan review any time before you order. If you have already ordered, small changes such as a different fabric or finish are possible until the order goes into production — usually within 5 business days.
Yes. Every Room plan comes with a box of up to 6 fabric and wood samples, delivered in about 3 days. You can also order free samples on any product page, or visit the North Loop showroom, where every sofa fabric and wood finish is on display.
Absolutely. Many of our plans are for rentals and studios: we focus on pieces that move with you, no-drill storage and layouts that make a small room feel bigger. Tell us about any building rules — elevator size, stair width, delivery hours — and we will plan delivery around them.
